Ovus is a decentralized, non-custodial token launchpad operating on the Solana blockchain. We are committed to protecting user privacy and minimizing data collection. Because Ovus interacts directly with public smart contracts, your identity is linked to your public Solana wallet address rather than traditional personal credentials.

2. Information Collected

• Public Wallet Addresses: When you connect your Solana wallet, your public key is used to authenticate transactions, track vesting allocations, and calculate balances.
• On-Chain Activity: Trades, token creations, and claims are permanently recorded on the public Solana blockchain.
• User Content: Comments or token metadata uploaded to the platform are publicly displayed.

3. Non-Custodial Security

Ovus never collects, stores, or requests your wallet private keys or secret recovery phrases. All smart contract executions are signed directly within your browser wallet (e.g. Phantom, Solflare, Backpack).

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal local browser storage (`localStorage`) solely to store your session token (JWT) and UI state preferences. We do not sell user data to third-party data brokers.

5. Changes to Privacy Policy

Ovus may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
